Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

Because all items are one-of-a-kind, once an order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier, but most Canadian orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
